Top Game

Top GameTop Game is a U.S. friendly platform with dozens of licensees.  Its software is primitive to say the least.  It does not spread the number of slots that other online casinos do.  The platform also lags and crashes more than other clients.

Top Game licensees have been known to have troubles with support and payments.  Most online casinos that use the Top Game software are not household names.  In fact, they are mostly newer companies that are not very well established.

Top Game Banking

Each licensee banks its own action.  Most Top Game skins accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, prepaid debit card, electronic check, bank wire and cash transfer for U.S. players.  International players also have Neteller and Skrill available for depositing.

Withdrawals are processed by bank wire, electronic check, and paper check for American players.  Cashout fees range from $10-$28.75.  Players outside the U.S. may withdraw to ewallets for no charge.

Top Game Casino Games

Top Game has a very limited number of casino games, especially for tables and video poker.  It does not spread any unique or proprietary table games.  Its video poker selection is dismal.

The slots come on classic one-reel, 5-reel, and progressive slots.

There are three versions of roulette.  Two have double zeros.  The high limit game has just one zero.  None offer European rules.

There are two blackjack games.  The standard game allows double down on any two cards and after the split. The dealer hits a soft 17.  This game is available in single and multi hand.

There is also a Face Up Blackjack game where players must beat the dealer.  The house wins all ties in Face Up Blackjack.  The dealer hits a soft 17 in that game.  Double down and doubling after the split are permitted.

Top Game Licensees

Top Game licensees include 7Reels, 7Spins, 21Dukes, Black Diamond Casino, Box24 Casino, Casino Moons, Diamond VIP, Diceland, Grand Luxe, Grand Macao, LocoJungle, Moca Casino, Rome Casino, and Tropical Gold.  As you can see, these are not among the better known online casino brands.  Many are licensed in Costa Rica, which is not really a gaming license as much as it is a business license.  Players with disputes have zero recourse.

Top Game Scandals

There have been many complaints about customer service issues, slow payments and non-payments.  This is not a group we recommend.
